Notice of Intent Sole Source The 92d Contracting Squadron, Fairchild AFB Washington intends to award a Firm Fixed-Price sole source Contract to Southwest Solutions Group, a small business, under authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation, FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) Only one source reasonably available for the 92 Logistics Readiness Squadron for the repair of a Kardex Remstar Carousel Frequency converter repair. The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 811310 , and the size standard is $8 Million. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes. This is a notice of intent to award a sole source award to Southwest Solutions Group, Kardex Remstar Carousel Frequency converter repair. In accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) Contracting Officer may solicit from one source if the Contracting Officer determines that the circumstances of the award action warrant only one source is reasonably available.
