This rebuild is intended to enhance the trailer's safety, durability, and compliance with current standards. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price contact, in accordance with 52.212-2, that provides the supplies/service which represents the best value to the government when evaluating price and other-than-price factors including lead time, proximity to Fort Harrison, MT. A detailed list of all evaluation factors can be found in the attached Performance Work Statement. Interested parties can attend a pre-award tour and inspection of the trailer on February 111h, 2025, at 10:00 am, Mountain Daylight Time. This inspection will take place at Fort Harrison, Montana. The location for the inspection will be provided to interested parties who request to attend.
