Assuming that reverse engineering typically takes more time than researching an existing design database, how would you overcome the risk to the fleet of potentially not having timely responses to safety issues with aircraft? - 5) Would small businesses propose on this effort if the two platforms were separated? - 6) Have there been any market changes within the last three years? - 7) How will you partner with or obtain permission from the current aircraft Type Certificate/Supplemental Type Certificate holder? Small Business Questions: 1). If you are a small business what types of opportunities do you envision for small business, by function, for this effort? Small Business Questions: - 1.) What teaming arrangements (if any) can be established to help develop small business for this level of effort? Other Market Research Information: - 1.) Has your company accomplished engineering sustainment support of this magnitude within the last 5 years?
