Full Description

The Contractor shall install by milling and repaving the entire existing facilities paved surfaces. Milling shall remove one and a half inches thickness to level and smooth the surface to a full depth removal. Contractor shall also restripe all parking stalls, “ADA HC Van Accessible” parking stalls, access aisles/ routes, directional markings, traffic lanes, stop bars, curbing, fire lanes, and all other existing entrance, drive, and parking lot painting shall be included for restriping / repainting. All markings shall be per the existing layout or original layout. The Patuxent Institute is located at 7555 Waterloo Road, Jessup, Maryland, 20794. Please see the Project Manual for all details.
