KENNEDY FACILITIES ENGINEERING SUPPORT SERVICES The contractor shall provide institutional and program engineering support in the areas of systems maintenance engineering, field investigation, configuration management, RCM, O&M cost modeling, cost estimating, construction support services and project management including: validation, planning, integration, work control and programming of projects, to ensure that the facilities, systems, equipment, and utilities at KSC are operated and maintained properly, available when required, and designed and constructed per applicable specifications.
