U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), Office of Field Operations (OFO), is seeking quotes from qualified small businesses to provide kenneling, boarding, feeding, and care for one (1) CBP working canine assigned to the Port of International Falls, MN. Services include secure housing, feeding, sanitation, exercise/breaks, health monitoring, and emergency response in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW).


The contractor’s facility must be located within a twenty (20) mile radius (shortest drivable route) of the CBP Port of International Falls, 2 2nd Ave, International Falls, MN 56649.


Submission Requirements:
Interested vendors must submit:


  1. A completed and signed SF 1449.
  2. A completed Pricing Schedule (Attachment 2) with pricing for all periods.
  3. A technical narrative demonstrating ability to meet all requirements in the SOW, including facility location, configuration, security, staffing, sanitation, health monitoring, emergency response, and documentation.
  4. Required representations and certifications (SAM.gov registration is sufficient unless otherwise specified).
  5. Acknowledgment of any solicitation amendments.
