The Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport Board is soliciting quotes under RFQ DFW20812 for the procurement of one Key Systems Model K1C1827P072GL 72-plug Latching Smart Access Module with a solid door and integrated touch screen, along with one compatible Part 32MOUNTKIT Backerboard Mount Kit. The award will be granted to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, and the Board reserves the right to split the award among multiple vendors. Suppliers may propose equivalent products but must be prepared to demonstrate such equivalency at their own expense if requested. All quotes must be submitted via the Bonfire hub by 2:00 PM Central Time on September 21, 2026, and must remain valid for 60 days. A full warranty statement must accompany each submission. Delivery is required F.O.B. destination, freight prepaid, to the DFW Airport Central Warehouse in Texas, with deliveries accepted Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM. The Airport Board is tax exempt. The selected seller must comply with standard purchase order terms and conditions, including warranties against defects in material and workmanship, anti-gratuity certifications, and non-discrimination requirements per Executive Order 11246. Additionally, sellers of products containing hazardous chemicals must provide Material Safety Data Sheets and appropriate hazard warning labels in accordance with OSHA regulations. Final acceptance of the goods is subject to inspection by the buyer for damage, visual defects, and adherence to specifications.
