Government Source Inspection will be conducted by a DCMA Quality Assurance Representative at the contractor's plant. Packaging and marking must comply with MIL-STD-2073-1 and MIL-STD-129, with shipping terms set as FOB Destination. The contractor is required to maintain a Quality Assurance Manual and follow specific protocols for Engineering Change Proposals and waivers.
