1. This is a Solicitation issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ). Submit written quotations on RFQ Number 140G0226Q0068. This solicitation will utilize FAR Overhaul Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services, using streamlined evaluation and award procedures.

2. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2026-01 and the FAR Overhaul deviations.
