Project Description: This project will consist of the installation of new road surfacing, crack sealing, road surfacing wearing course and culvert replacement. Companies wishing to download plans must have a publicpurchase.com account. Only bids submitted through the Public Purchase site and on State of Wyoming forms will be considered. It is the bidder’s responsibility to review, through Public Purchase at www.publicpurchase.com for answers to questions, addenda, or bid tabulations. Telephone calls, emails, or faxes may not be accepted.
