The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-05 and the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS). This solicitation is for Brand Name items. See attached Single Source Justification. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this commercial service is 334515; the small business size standard is 750 employees. Hill Air Force Base has a requirement for 22 Keysight 85521A CAI Kits. See Line Items for detailed shipping instructions. Offerors responding to this announcement shall submit their quotations in accordance with FAR 52.212-1.
