The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division at China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following: Keysight UXA Signal Analyzer, KeysightCare Software & Accessories (Qty 1 LOT). This is Manufacture sole source to Keysight Technologies Inc. 1900 Garden of the Gods Road, Colorado Springs, CO 80907-3423, with competition among authorized distributors. Complete details will be available in the solicitation. The solicitation or Request for Quote (RFQ) will be posted on the Contract Opportunities website at http://beta.sam.gov/ on or about 09/02/2026.
