*DETAILED DESCRIPTION: The Naval Air Warefare Center, Weapons Division (NAWCWD), Point Mugu, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis for its Airborne Electronic Attack (AEA) Integrated Production Team (IPT): two (2) Keystone Cluster cabinets with the descriptions of SRC6109 DGEN Cabinet Chassis, SRC6145 Keystone Cluster Nodes, 10-Gig Network Switch, 1-Gig Network Switch, Power Distribution units, Rack Power Module, and Uninterruptable Power Supply 3 Phase 208 VAC input. In accordance with FAR 6.302-1 Only One Responsible Source and no Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements, this requirement will be sole sourced from Syracuse Research Corporation (SRC) as this is the only venter able to provide the described equipment with the exact specifications required by the Government. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes; however, any firm believing that they can provide the product may submit a written response to the aforementioned points of contact no later than 15 November 2023, 1500 PST. Respond via email to Samantha.a.guth.civ@us.navy.mil and daryl.t.magdangal.civ@us.navy.mil. The written response must reference solicitation number N6893623R0019 and must clearly show the firm's capacity to deliver the requirement without compromise to the quality, reliability, schedule, and compatibility to the prevailing system. All responsible sources may submit a quotation with the capacity statement detailing experience, assets, and/or background, which shall then be considered by the agency. Interested firms must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at https://sam.gov/ to start doing business with the federal government.
