The United States Special Operations Command, Naval Special Warfare (NSW), is seeking the delivery, installation, and support of the KeyTrak system, a biometric security key lock box with integrated self-recording software designed to track and manage keys with high accountability. This system will be deployed at various NSW sites and is uniquely capable of meeting stringent requirements by allowing keys to be assigned and tracked to specific personnel without manual oversight. It generates a verifiable audit trail for all key transactions, maintaining strict accountability at all times, and its software is approved for use on SOF-net. Federal Key, LLC is the sole distributor authorized to provide the KeyTrak system and related support to the federal government, and this contract is awarded as a sole source acquisition under FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) due to the proprietary nature of the product and distribution arrangements. The contract will be structured as a five-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) agreement with Firm Fixed Price Task Orders issued to Federal Key, LLC, under NAICS code 334290. The estimated contract value ranges from a minimum of $5,000 to a maximum of $249,000. While this synopsis does not represent a formal solicitation or binding commitment, all interested parties are invited to submit capability statements, proposals, or quotations via email for consideration. The Naval Special Warfare Command, based in San Diego, California, is the contracting office with Traci Chiaro serving as the Contracting Officer and point of contact for this effort.

The United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM), Naval Special Warfare (NSW) has a requirement the delivery, installation and support of the KeyTrak system, a biometrically locked security key lock box with a self-recording software system. This system will be installed in various NSW locations. The KeyTrak system is the only system known to meet NSWs robust key tracking requirements as other tracking systems do not have the ability to track and issue keys to specific personnel without the requirement of a human being present. The system creates a verifiable audit trail of all key transactions, maintaining accountability of all keys at all times. The software is SOF-net approved and has been successfully implemented at various NSW locations in the past. Federal Key, LLC is the sole distributor of the KeyTrak products, supplies and support to the Federal Government.
