Kidney Precision Medicine Project Recruitment Sites (U01 Clinical Trial Not Allowed)

This contract seeks applications for recruitment sites as part of the Kidney Precision Medicine Project aimed at enrolling participants diagnosed with acute kidney injury or chronic kidney disease into a longitudinal study involving protocol-based kidney biopsies. These recruitment sites will work closely with multiple collaborating entities, including Tissue Interrogation Sites, a Coordinating Center, and a Central Hub, to collect and analyze kidney tissue samples. The goal is to develop a comprehensive Kidney Tissue Atlas, classify disease subgroups, and identify important cellular components, pathways, and targets critical for developing new therapeutic strategies. Administered by the National Institutes of Health under the Department of Health and Human Services, this effort does not involve clinical trials within this specific contract.
