King Elementary School Classroom Building Project

Construction of a new approximately 9,500-square-foot permanent classroom building on the existing King Elementary School campus. In addition to the new classroom building, the project includes modification of an existing fire access lane, relocation of two existing portable classroom buildings for temporary use as interim housing during construction, removal of the two relocated portable classroom buildings following completion of construction. The project also includes site improvements for grading, utility connections, concrete paving, accessible pathways, drainage improvements, landscaping, irrigation, and exterior lighting.
