KIOSK SOFTWARE AND SUPPORT SERVICE

31st Contracting Squadron, Aviano AFB, Italy, intent to Sole source procurement under authority of FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source, with Vecna Technologies Ind., 6404 Ivy Lan, Suite 500, Greenbelt, MD 20770 to provide kiosk software and support service. The proposed action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source. The Government believes that only one responsible source can provide the supplies that will satisfy th agency requirements. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. No solicitation document is available and telephone requests will not be accepted. However, any qualified vendor that determines it can meet the Government's requirements may give written notification through email to Contract Specialist, alessandra.ferracin.it@us.af.mil and ornella.bresil.it@us.af.mil, by 23 July 2018, 12:00PM EST. Any information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determing whether to conduct a competitive procurement for any future needs of this sort. 31st Contracting Squadron will proceed to sole source this requirement to Vecna Technologies Ind. who is the current contractor administering/servicing this kiosk software licenses and support service.
