Kitchen Appliances/Ice Machines Repairs & PM at Lufkin State Supported Living Center

The Health and Human Services Commission of Texas is seeking competitive bids for a contract to provide as-needed repairs and preventative maintenance on kitchen appliances and ice machines at the Lufkin State Supported Living Center. All workers must pass comprehensive background checks including Social Security verification and criminal history screenings across all Texas and out-of-state counties for the past seven years; individuals with convictions for sex offenses, child/adult abuse, or fraud are prohibited. Insurance requirements include workers’ compensation as mandated by Texas law with waiver of subrogation, employer’s liability coverage of $1 million per accident and per employee, and primary coverage over any state-provided insurance.
