Kitsap Transit Project KT 26-057 Ruby Creek Park and Ride

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that bids will be received NO LATER THAN 2:00 P.M. September 30, 2026 and should be addressed as: KT# 26-057 Ruby Creek Park and Ride Construction Kitsap Transit is requesting bids from qualified Contractors to construct a 273 stall park and ride north of SW Sedgwick Road at the Sidney Road SW intersection in Port Orchard. This project is partially funded by the Federal Transit Administration and Contractor will be required to comply with all FTA clauses and certifications. As required by RCW 36.04.320, 15% of total labor hours must be performed by qualified apprentices.
