PWC Strouds Run Directional Boring

The Ohio Department of Natural Resources is requesting bids for: directional boring in Strouds Run State ParkName or Title of the Service or Supply: Strouds Run State Park Directional BoringOrdering Division and address:Division of Parks and WatercraftStrouds Run State Park11661 State Park RoadAthens, OH 45701Specifications Directional bore under an unnamed headwater stream just North of Dow Lake at 39.355, -82.03911. Total length of boring is approximately 20 linear feet (LF). Boring depth under the stream to be determined by successful bidder and based on all federal and state regulations. Install protective sleeve large enough to accommodate a 2 ½” PVC water line. Install 2 ½” PVC water line in protective sleeve. (Materials will be provided by property owner). Return property to preconstruction condition. Obtain all necessary permits and coordinate with Ohio EPA and all other necessary state and federal regulators for work of this nature. Access to boring site is through a short, wooded path to the stream. Site and path to site will be cleared by property owner. Mandatory site visit/Pre-bid meeting to be held for all bidders.
Evaluation. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder as determined by the State.Contract Award. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder by low lot total. Low lot total will be determined by multiplying the unit cost by the estimated usage listed in the bid and then adding each of the totals together to arrive at a total for all items. Failure to bid all items may result in the bidder being deemed not responsive.
