An additional metal fee tube and concrete base has been pulled out of the ground and placed behind the fee tube that remains in the ground, include the removal of this fee tube in your quote. The Period of peformance on the contract is now July 15th to December 31st 2026. Add to the Solicitation fhe following items.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.
Demolish and dispose of the existing vault toilet building, handpump well and campground items including but not limited to: concrete foundation, in-ground vault, handpump, well, concrete foundation. Option items for removal and disposal of fire rings, picnic tables, signs, fee tube, site markers and metal gate.
This project consists of improving access, demolishing and disposing of the existing vault toilet building, concrete foundation, in-ground vault, removal of the water handpump well, concrete foundation, and capping of the well. The water hand pump and well decommissioning shall be completed in accordance with WAC 173-160-381. A licensed well driller in state for which they are performing the work is a requirement of this project. Proper disposal of debris, including proper recycling of material. The Contractor shall assume all risk, loss, damage, or expense arising out of prosecution of the work, except as otherwise provided in the contract.
Solicitation number 1240BD26Q0070 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ).
The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 238910 Site Preparation Contractors The small business size standard is $19.0 Million.
