Portable NO2 H2O Trace Gas AnalyzerKW405-240362 Christopher Harvey Telephone No.: (519) 671-2396Christopher.harvey@tpsgc-pwgsc.gc.ca The Climate Chemistry Measurement and Research section of Environment and Climate Change Canada requires a portable, robust and stable measurement instrument that can detect trace emissions of N2O (Dinitrogen Oxide) and water vapour (H2O) from mobile surveys of atmospheric greenhouse gasses Bidders must clearly demonstrate compliance with each mandatory technical criteria. Failure to demonstrate compliance will result in the offer being deemed non-responsive, and be given no further consideration. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted on 2023-09-26 by 14:00 EDT. All bids submitted after 14:00 EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. Note: Bidders who require email notifications about this posting, including notifications of solicitation amendments, must accept “intend to participate” or must check in on this posting manually.
