L-290(5) Lamps and Bulbs

THIS IS A FORMAL REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP). Fax responses and non-electronic responses WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. All responses must be submitted on-line through the SWIFT Supplier Portal before the Event due date and time. Late responses will not be accepted. PURPOSE AND BACKGROUND:  The purpose of this Solicitation is to accept offers and contract with a vendor(s) to provide Lamps and Bulbs which may be purchased by State Agencies and CPV members, on an as needed basis.
QUESTION AND ANSWER PERIOD: Questions must be submitted in writing to contact@example.gov by 3:00 PM Central Time, May 28, 2024.  All questions received by the due date and time will be responded to via an addendum.  Contact regarding this solicitation with any State personnel other than the AMS listed above may result in the rejection of the response.
