This synopsis is published for informational purposes only. The proposed procurement will be issued as a new work modification to Contract No. DAAB07-02-D-B201 to BAE Systems, Information & Electronics Integration, Inc, Nashua, NH. It will be award ed under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c) (1), FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source. The U.S. Army proposes increase the ceiling dollar limitation under the existing Time and Materials requirements contract for Contractor logistic, engineering, soft ware, installation and product improvement support and services. Delivery orders will be issued for each task. Specific expertise of the systems is required to perform the engineering support required for this effort. A level III drawing package is not available for this system. A minimum clearance level of TOP SECRET is required See notes 22 and 26.
