This project is for repairs and upgrades to stairs and handrails that lead to the podium area located at L’Esplanade Laurier (Bank Street and Laurier Avenue) in the City of Ottawa. The project includes concrete repairs, replacement of waterproof membrane, levelling materials and reinstatement of pavers on the podium. Work is to be completed within 16 weeks after contract award.
