Technical representative for on site services on Coast Guard Gas Generators and Power Turbines models; FT4A-2, FT4A-6, FT4A-12 and GG4A3, Power Turbine CW and CCW. The contractor shall be regularly in the business of providing technical services to other FT4, GG4 gas generator and power turbine operators. The contractor shall provide the following services: troubleshooting; turbine casualties, failure analysis; determining the cause of casualties, systems, root cause and corrective action, and field repairs. The contractor shall provide labor assistance for field repairs. The contractor shall be required to supply the Technical Representative to the designated location within thirty-six (36) hours after notification by the Contracting officer.
