Les soumissions, dans des enveloppes scellées et adressées tel que défini au Cahier d’appel d’offres seront reçues au Service des approvisionnements du Cégep, local A-57, jusqu'à 14 :30, heure en vigueur localement, le 16 février 2026 pour être ouvertes publiquement au même endroit, le même jour et à la même heure. Les soumissions doivent être accompagnées soit d'un chèque visé, d'une lettre de garantie irrévocable de première demande émise par une institution financière ou d'un cautionnement de soumission délivré par une institution financière conforme aux documents d’appel d’offres , représentant dix pour cent (10%) du total de la soumission, à l’ordre du Propriétaire, valide pour une période de quarante-cinq (45) jours suivants la date d'ouverture des soumissions.
