Full Description
This solicitation is being conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) as a Request for Quote (RFQ) No. FA857126QOO87. This requirement is being solicited as a single source requirement to the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) for the repair of L7-090 Liner and purchase of one (1) additional L7-090 Liner.
The Contractor shall provide all the tools, parts, materials, equipment, labor, repairs, and travel necessary to perform repairs on the existing Polyvinylidene Flouride (PVDF) L7-090 Liner for the Chemical Storage Tank in Building 20128 and supply one (1) new L7-090 Liner for the Commodities Maintenance Group (CMXG) at Robins Air Force Base (AFB), Georgia. The Contractor shall repair the existing liner in the facility inside of L7-090. The additional spare liner shall be identical in contruction, material, and instrumentation to the existing liner and be stored by CMXG for future use.
The Contractor shall provide the following:
• Repair of L7-090 Liner on Tank 120 at Building 20128. This will include one (1) technician to facilitate repairs.
• 1 each (PVDF) Kynar® Rigid Box Liner to fit CMXG’s existing tank
• Approximately 48” x 48” x 72” deep, fabricated from ¼” thick Kynar 2850 Flex sidewalls and rim and 3/8” thick Kynar 2850 Flex bottom. Liner will be fabricated incorporating Patented (#8,133,345) N-FUZE lining technology, utilizing pressure butt-welded vertical joints and extrusion welded sidewall to bottom contruction. The tank shall have one (1) 45 degree corner where CMXG can re-install existing TANKeye Plus Leak Dectection System
Amendment 0001 corrects Period of Performance for CLIN 0002 and adjust responses due date to account for the High Priority need of this effort.
