37649 La Plata County, Colorado Advertisement for Request for Proposals (RFP) Community Development Short-Term Rental Consultant Project#: 26-050-1260 Notice is hereby given that the La Plata County Board of County Commissioners, through the La Plata County Procurement Division, is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to conduct a comprehensive community engagement framework regarding short-term rentals in La Plata County, guide policy direction discussions, and draft regulations or licensing language (depending on policy guidance received) to be included in the La Plata County Code. Proposals must be received by the staff of the La Plata County Procurement Division no later than December 7, 2026, 10:00 AM MST. Proposals shall be emailed, with the subject line stating “Short-Term Rental Consultant, RFP #26-050-1260” to: contact@example.gov and contact@example.gov . Proposals received after the closing date and time will be rejected. (Note: Procurement will acknowledge receipt of your bid submittal within twenty-four hours; if you do not receive that confirmation, please contact Procurement immediately.) In order to receive specifications, Offerors must obtain the documents from the Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing System. The County reserves the right to reject any and all responses, to waive any informalities and minor irregularities in response, and to accept the response deemed, in its opinion, to be in the best interest of La Plata County.
