Labbe Meadow Restoration Project (Project)

The Labbe Meadow Restoration Project aims to restore degraded hydrologic functions of a meadow on the Labbe Ranch by transforming a historic ditch into a series of open water ponds through the installation of earthen plugs. These structures will elevate the base level of the ditch channel, disrupt linear water conveyance, and enhance surface and subsurface water connectivity with the surrounding meadow to the northeast.
