***This is a round 3 to adjust the quantity of item 12, Model R321 Universal Labeling Systems Automatic Wraparound Labeling System with Spin 'N' Place System with Orientation Capability, from two (2) each to one (1) each. Please submit an updated proposal reflecting the change in quantity and any resulting change to the installation/training and freight/delivery charges. ***
