The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), National Center for Emerging and Zoonotic Infectious Diseases (NCEZID) intends to award a sole source purchase order to Protective Industries dba Caplugs, 2150 Elmwood Avenue, Buffalo, NY 14207 for the following items: 1. 95 PIN Inoculator Assembly PS Sterile Assembly - quantity 144 2. 96 W Microplate UB Sterile Untrt PS Sterile - quantity 288 The purpose of this acquisition is to obtain the items listed above. The statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 6.302-1 - Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 326199, titled All Other Plastics Product Manufacturing.
