Non-personal Laboratory Testing and Analysis services, to include facilities, personnel, transportation, materials, equipment, and supplies required to provide testing services on samples provided by the Public Health Command-Europe, Laboratory Sciences (LS, PHC-E). Non-personal Laboratory Testing and Analysis services, include Environmental and Food testing and analysis (i.e. lead, mercury, nickel, etc.), based on the Level Of Effort described in Technical Exhibit C. The Contractor shall provide courier services for Lab Samples pick-up at the Public Health Command-Europe Laboratory Sciences in Landstuhl, Germany. The Contractor shall provide courier services for the return of the coolers, bin, containers and Government-owned ice packs from its facilities to the Public Health Command-Europe, Laboratory Sciences in Landstuhl, Germany. Response Due Date is 12 March 2018, 10:00 a.m., Central European Time (CET).
