Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment and incidentals necessary to satisfactorily design,fabricate, manufacture, furnish, deliver, install, construct, test, and place into service the components andcomplete assemblies for the Loading Dock and Fishing Pier and associated improvements, includingcomponents, features and accessories complete as specified herein. No Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting is requiredfor this project. The project site is located at a public park with public accessibility. A Site Location Map (Figure1) for the project site is provided in Exhibit A. Prospective Bidders are encouraged to visit the site to obtaininformation about existing site conditions. All communication regarding this RFB shall be conducted inaccordance with Section 9. RFB Communications.
