AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted on October 18, 2023 by 2:00 PM EDT. All bids submitted after 2:00 PM EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. This is the second phase (Phase Two) of a two-phase solicitation process: the first phase evaluated the qualifications of all interested suppliers; the second phase (Phase Two) invites the qualified suppliers to provide a financial bid on the project based on the specifications and drawings. Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC), on behalf of Parks Canada Agency (PCA) intends to retain the services of a qualified General Contractor (GC) for the construction of the Lake Superior Discovery Centre (LSDC) in Nipigon, Ontario. The Contract includes all products, labour, equipment, removal and installation using lifting crane, materials and temporary facilities as required or implied by the drawings and specifications to complete the construction of LSDC Buildings and associated construction works. The Contractor must perform and complete the work within 124 weeks from the date of notification of acceptance of the offer.
