Sealed bids for the furnishing and installation of a 7’W x 4.5’H precast box culvert will be received online via the PennBid Program (https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com) by Caernarvon Township, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania until 10:00 AM, Tuesday, May 19, 2026.
The bids will be publicly opened and read electronically, via PennBid’s website, at 10:00 AM (prevailing time), same date. Bid results will be available end of business day, same date.
Copies of Bidding Documents for Lambert Road Culvert Replacement are available online and at no cost via the PennBid Program at https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com.
NOTE: The Supervisors of Caernarvon Township have authorized C.S. Davidson, Inc., to act on their behalf by opening bids. Contracts will be awarded at a regularly scheduled meeting of the Caernarvon Township Board of Supervisors.
A bid bond by acceptable surety or a certified check made payable to Caernarvon Township in the amount of 5% of the maximum bid must be provided by each bidder with their bid.
Each bidder must be prepared to submit evidence of his qualifications to perform the work.
