This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 70Z03820RB2000001 is issued as a request for proposals (RFP) using the procedures of FAR 12 in conjunction with FAR 15. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2020-01 effective 12 November 2019. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 488190. The small business size standard is $35 Million. This solicitation is issued as unrestricted.
