The City of Calabasas seeks a qualified landscape maintenance contractor for a five-year contract to provide comprehensive maintenance services within Zone 8 of the Calabasas Park Estates Homeowners Association, located in Landscaping and Lighting Act District 22. The scope includes routine landscape care across all common areas such as parkways, medians, islands, slopes, roadsides, and open spaces, with specific duties encompassing mowing, edging, weeding, pruning, fertilizing, litter removal, tree trimming for clearance, irrigation system maintenance, and drainage inspection. All work must comply with the Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction (SSPWC), 2006 edition, as well as the City of Calabasas Oak Tree Ordinance.
