The Contract work will be primarily performed within the public areas of the Marina del Rey Small Craft Harbor, which is managed by the Department. Selection of a contractor will be based on the qualifications and price of the submitted proposals for performing the requested work. A Mandatory Proposer's Conference is scheduled for September 09, 2024, at 10:30 a.m. at the Boathouse at Burton Chace Park, 13650 Mindanao Way, Marina del Rey, CA 90292, 1st floor conference room. All potential Proposers must attend this conference. The deadline for submitting proposals is 5:00 p.m., September 23, 2024.
