The Embassy of Canada to Haiti in Port-au-Prince, Delmas, requires landscaping and grounds maintenance services for the Chancery, the Official Residence, and the Bourdon property. The objective of this requirement is to have uninterrupted landscaping and maintenance services on the Embassy's grounds in the metropolitan area of Port-au-Prince, Haiti, in accordance with industry standards and best practices, to maintain the appearance and health of the terrain and preserve the representative image of Canada in Haiti.
The Contractor must provide a range of landscaping, gardening, grounds maintenance and landscaping services to the Embassy ensuring that the gardens are always well maintained, with a uniform appearance, well-squared lawns, and weed-free cultivated beds.
To achieve this goal, the service levels and their specifications described in the attached "Request for Proposals" document must be met.
