Sealed bids for the Landscaping Services 2025-2026 will be received by the City of Reynoldsburg, Ohio at the Office of the Director of Parks and Recreation, 7232 East Main Street, Reynoldsburg, Ohio, 43068, until 10:00 AM (local time) September 27, 2024 and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud.Contract documents and any addenda thereto, may be obtained from the Office of the Director of Parks and Recreation, 7232 East Main Street, Reynoldsburg, Ohio, 43068. +1 (555) 000-0000. Contract documents shall be $25.00 per set.All bids must be submitted on forms provided in the Contract Documents and forwarded in a sealed envelope clearly marked “Landscape Services 2025-2026” addressed to the Director of Parks and Recreation, 7232 East Main Street, Reynoldsburg, Ohio, 43068. The Landscaping Services Contract for 2025-2026 shall be in effect until December 31, 2026. Growing conditions will determine actual start date, or as directed by the CITY. Grounds maintenance operations will be performed for the following locations: street landscape treatment located along both sides of Main Street in Reynoldsburg, Ohio beginning at the West corporation limit and ending at the intersection of Waggoner/Graham Road. This includes the mulched area from the curb to the decorative brick wall and behind the brick wall. This also includes any and all treatments at intersections of streets. Taylor Road SW Ext. treatment from Taylor Rd SW Ext. and State Route 256 to Reagan Road on the north side of Taylor Rd. Ext. and to Banks Edge Way on the south side of Taylor Rd. Ext. This includes the center median on Taylor Rd. Ext. Specific boundary information can be requested by submitting a written explanation request, in accordance with all parameters described herein. Each bid shall contain the full name and address of each person or company interested in the same and shall be accompanied by a combination bid guarantee and contract bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the bid, or by a certified check, cashier’s check or irrevocable letter of credit for ten percent (10%) of the bid, made payable to the City of Reynoldsburg, Ohio, conditioned that the bid is accepted, a Contract will be entered into within 30 days after notice of acceptance. A performance bond and a payment bond of one hundred percent (100%) of the amount of the contract with a satisfactory surety company, conditioned according to law, will be required for the faithful performance of the contract.
