We intend to award a contract based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so. Questions are due by June 25, 2026, at 12:00pm CST. Questions will not be accepted after this time. Quotations are due by July 15, 2025, at 12:00pm CST.
