Large Sewer Line Inspection Services

The City of Stockton, California, is seeking qualified vendors to provide as-needed large sewer line camera inspection services for wastewater and stormwater pipelines under solicitation PUR 26-033, with bids due by 2:00 p.m. PST on Thursday, July 9, 2026. Bids must be submitted either via email to city.clerk@stocktonca.gov or delivered on a USB flash drive to the Office of the City Clerk at City Hall, and must be clearly marked with the solicitation number and deadline. The awarded contractor must provide a faithful performance bond issued by a California-authorized surety and maintain primary, non-contributory insurance covering general liability, automobile, errors and omissions, and pollution liabilities, with policies retained for five years post-completion. Payments are made within thirty days of invoice receipt, excluding sales or use tax, and the City retains full ownership of all deliverables, including video reports and documentation.
