Sources Sought-Hospital_Linen_and_Laundry_Services_Mescalero_Service_UnitThe Albuquerque Area Indian Health Service is conducting market research to assess the availability of qualified vendors capable of providing hospital laundry and linen delivery and pickup services at the Mescalero Service Unit in New Mexico. The services are critical to maintaining infection control standards, ensuring consistent availability of clean linens for patient care, and supporting overall patient safety. The solicitation is tied to NAICS code 812320 for Drycleaning and Laundry Services, and respondents are encouraged to suggest alternative codes with justification. This is not a solicitation for bids or proposals, and no reimbursement will be provided for response-related costs. Respondents must provide their company name and Unique Entity Identifier to confirm SAM registration, their business size classifications such as ISBEE, HUBZone, SDVOSB, SDB, or WOSB, and complete the IHS IEE Representation Form indicating whether they meet the definition of an Indian Economic Enterprise. Additionally, a capability statement, product brochure, or past performance documentation must be submitted to demonstrate capacity to deliver the required services. All responses must be emailed to Tamela Richards by July 20, 2026 at 5:30 PM MDT; failure to include all requested elements will result in the response being deemed non-responsive. The effort is part of ongoing compliance with federal sourcing rules and supports efforts to increase economic opportunities for eligible small and Indian-owned businesses within the Department of Health and Human Services.
