Full Description

CONTRACTOR must ensure the separation of clean and dirty linens at all times. The Facility agrees to maintain established inventory control procedures to insure that appropriate inventory is maintained. The Facility shall not, however, be held liable for the loss of linen. The facility will return all remaining available linen supply owned by the CONTRACTOR to the CONTRACTOR at the end of the contract. The FACILITY shall have the right to ask for special handling of certain linen items, at additional costs, as mutually agreed upon. All linens must be free of stains, tears, frayed edges, and discoloration. All bags are to be provided for soiled laundry as part of this contract. The truck used to deliver and pick up linens should be of sufficient height to allow easy transfer of linen carts onto and from the Facility's loading dock, thereby minimizing the number of times the linen must be handled.
