The Wyoming State Construction Department, Procurement Section, on behalf of the Wyoming Department of Corrections (Procuring Agency) will receive bids until 1:00 p.m. Mountain Time on April 22, 2025 through the Public Purchase online bidding system for the replacement of washers and dryers at the Wyoming Medium Correctional Institution located in Torrington, Wyoming. Project Description: This project will consist of replacing and installing commercial washing machines and dryers and removal of the older dryers and washers. Companies wishing to download plans must have a publicpurchase.com account. Only bids submitted through the Public Purchase site and on State of Wyoming forms will be considered. It is the bidder’s responsibility to review, through Public Purchase at www.publicpurchase.com for answers to questions, addenda, or bid tabulations. Telephone calls, emails, or faxes may not be accepted. A MANDATORY Pre-bid meeting will be conducted at 10:00 a.m. MT on Wednesday, April 2, 2025, starting at Wyoming Medium Correctional Institution, 7076 Road 55F, Torrington, Wyoming 82240. Bidding questions shall be submitted on the Public Purchase website by 1:00 MT on April 8, 2025. All questions will be answered and provided to all prospective bidders via answers on the Public Purchase website or in the form of a written addendum posted on Public Purchase by 1:00 p.m. MT on April 15, 2025. Questions received after 1:00 p.m. on April 8, 2025, will not be addressed. It is the Contractor's responsibility (not required) to add their company to the Plan Holders and Contractors List. If a bid is greater than $150,000, each bid is required to have a bid deposit in the amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the total bid, which shall be in the form of a bid bond, cashier's check, or certified check (a copy of a check will not be accepted) drawn on a reliable bank and made payable to the State of Wyoming (no personal checks will be accepted), or an electronic bid bond with Surety 2000.
