Law Manager Licenses and Software Support

The Office of Legal Policy and Program Development located at Coast Guard Headquarters in Washington, DC, is the program management office that provides application support services for the Law Manager application. Common task performed by CG-LPD are development of requirements for enhancements to software, authoring implementation guides, testing application compatibility with new operating systems and providing training to the various staff elements in the Coast Guard Legal Program. The purpose of this acquisition is to obtain contractor technical, maintenance and application upgrade support services for the Office of Legal Policy and Program Development (CG-LPD). The Contractor shall provide support services, maintenance support and upgrades to the Law Manager application. OBJECTIVE We intend to Award a service contract to support the Law Manager licenses and software to ensure operational use. We need a company to provide service support to the application to ensure it performs and functions properly. SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS/TASKS The Contractor shall provide support services to include application technical support, maintenance and software upgrades to the Law Manager application. TECHNICAL AND ADMINISTRATIVE REQUIREMENTS The Contractor shall be responsible for providing technical support for the Law Manager software. Contractor technical support tasks shall include but may not be limited to the following: maintenance, phone support and technical support for the software REQUIREMENTS The Contractor shall provide support services to include application technical support, maintenance and software upgrades to the Law Manager application. TECHNICAL SUPPORT SERVICES The Contractor shall be responsible for providing technical support for the Law Manager software. Contractor technical support tasks shall include but may not be limited to the following: maintenance, phone support and technical support for the software. SOFTWARE APPLICATION UPGRADES The Contractor shall provide software upgrades to the Law Manager software and ensure continued product security, support, and functionality during and following all upgrades. Software upgrades shall include but are not limited to the Law Manager software and its tool sets. The Contractor shall also be responsible for assisting in the installation of software upgrades and assisting in upgrades to database environment, software, and tools, and other software used to support the development and maintenance of the Law Manager software. Under the annual maintenance agreement, the Contractor shall ensure that the Law Manager system continues to function as designed with no errors. Examples of the annual maintenance support provided by Law Manager include delivery of modified production code, documentation, procedures, and products. The Contractor shall incorporate enhancements as required.
