The purpose of this RFQ is to establish a lawn Maintenance service at the Georgia Regional Hospital of Savannah and at the East Central Regional Hospital - Augusta.
The supplier is expected to provide weekly turf maintenance of the entire property which will consist of mowing, trimming, edging, blowing off sidewalks of any unwanted leaves or natural materials, and maintaining the common areas throughout the property, and use of herbicidal treatment for walkways, parking lots, driveways, all natural areas and perimeter fencing. Trees will be maintained and canopied at 8 feet and under. All dead, sick, and drooping tree branches will be cut to provide a neat appearance within the property. All overgrowth will be removed from the trunk of the soil surface.
