This notification is to announce the Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) Procurement Center intent to award a Brand Name for Layer2 SharePoint Business Data List Connector (BDLC) Software Licenses. This action is authorized under provisions of 41 U.S.C. 1901 as implemented in Federal Acquisition Regulation 13.106(b), Sole Source (including Brand Name). The purpose of this award is to provide DCMA with maintenance support for BDLC Software that is used to solve may issues that still exist with SharePoint external data integration and is critical to DCMA utilizing SharePoint external data integration and is critical to DCMA utilizing SharePoint features. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES and a solicitation will not be issued. However, inquiries or concerns must be addressed in writing to justin.balster@dcma.mil no later than 5:00 PM local time on 30 October 2016. Telephone requests will not be accepted.
