SLAC National Accelerator Laboratory is issuing this sources sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest, qualifications, experience and the resources to support this requirement to provide construction services to collaborate with SLAC on the Linac Coherent Light Source - II (LCLS-II) Photon Infrastructure Construction Package #3B project for construction services of the Sectors 11-30 & BSY through FEE Infrastructure. LCLS-II Photon Infrastructure Systems construction effort for Construction Package 3B includes Sector 11 through Sector 30 the Beam Switch Yard (BSY) through the Front End Enclosure (FEE). This scope of work involves site planning and development, relocating, reconfiguring and repurposing existing mechanical and electrical utility systems within existing Laboratory physical facilities; structural and architecture systems; contract packaging and project delivery strategies; scheduling; cost estimating. The existing infrastructure systems will be reused where possible. SLAC will retain the services of the A/E to attend OAC meetings, resolve RFI's, and review submittals, field inspections and punchlist.
